The Coconut Grove Village Council has launched a new website and is also spearheading an initiative to counteract the negative effects of increased hearing board fees for decisions on matters such as zoning and tree removal. Starting now, the Council will include its regular reports on proposed tree removals, including recommendations of which ones to appeal, on its website. Previously, those reports were published in the Spotlight. The Council’s next meeting will be Tuesday, April 30, 6:15 p.m. at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Way.
