Dear Editor:
Our office values open communication and engagement with all organizations serving our community. However, due to pending litigation initiated by the Ministerial Alliance Group and HOATA against the City of Miami, the City Attorney’s Office advised that representatives from District 2 not attend the organizations’ meetings. This guidance was communicated directly to the respective groups.
It’s important to note that this does not preclude our office from addressing community concerns. We remain committed to engaging with residents and organizations to resolve issues and advocate for the needs of District 2, which we have done consistently and will continue to do.
