To the Editor:
South Grove residents know that special joy that the end of summer – the beginning of the school year – brings to traffic on Main Highway. Anyone who uses Main Highway to commute knows it too.
So, it’s only fitting that this afternoon (Tuesday 08/18), with school traffic back, the City/County/State? began a major repaving project in front of Carrollton, Plymouth, and the Chabad.
To add to the insult, Plymouth is also the polling place for today’s election. Who in our government makes these decisions? Obviously, someone who cares about the overtime various safety personnel get for directing traffic around this mess.
