Another Bite at the Playhouse Apple

They should be expanding the green space and prohibit delivery trucks or ride shares from using the backside of the property. Imagine if your home was abutting this complex!!! Coconut Grove is not Brickell.

  2. Even if you never heard Joni Mitchell singing, they paved Paradise, put up a parking lot, you still know exactly what the lyrics mean. Coconut Grove residents do not want to live in a concrete jungle. Replacing green space with more asphalt is the path to a village revolt. No resident is going to show up to defend a wider driveway, or a bigger lot. But we will absolutely show up to defend our trees.
