The Coconut Grove Arts Festival is lending its support – and its brand – to another longtime Coconut Grove nonprofit organization – Shake-A-Leg Miami.
The two organizations celebrated the partnership last week with the introduction of seven custom-made sails featuring artwork from the festival’s annual posters. The seven sails, paid for with a contribution of approximately $25,000 from the festival, will support Shake-A-Leg’s sailing instruction program.
Organizers said the donation reflects the festival’s growing commitment to philanthropy, alongside its existing scholarship and emerging artist programs.

The festival, held annually over Presidents Day weekend, returns to Coconut Grove in February with a three-day event featuring 285 juried artists.
